Dining in the heart of our brand new state-of-the-art kitchen, The Chef’s Table is a VIP experience where guests enjoy a front-row seat to all the action. It provides an intimate view as Chef Dustin Christofolo and his team orchestrate the preparation of a very special menu that includes all of Quiessence’s signature bites. Reserve your seats where the Front of House meets the Back of House for this exclusive 2.5 to 3 hour dining adventure! This exclusive experience is reserved for two guests per evening.

The Quiessence signature Brick Oven experience is an exclusive private eight-course dinner with our chef team. With all ingredients straight from the garden, the fresh flavors of the farm shine through in our contemporary spin on traditional culinary techniques.
During your meal, the Quiessence team will educate you on the dishes available that night, the origin of the ingredients and their preparation, and which cocktails or wine pair perfectly with your exceptional meal. Please note, the Brick Oven is available for only one reservation each night, for two to six guests. 175 per person plus 20% service charge.

For intimate group gatherings of 40 to 60 guests, the natural beauty of the private event spaces at Quiessence provide an indoor or outdoor dining experience that is guaranteed to make any event special. Chef Dustin will create a customized menu from wide range of local and seasonally available options, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian meals.
