Dustin Christofolo started at Quiessence at The Farm at South Mountain as the front-of-house manager and sommelier more than 10 years ago. After leaving the restaurant to pursue culinary program in Manhattan and Italy, he returned to the Phoenix restaurant as executive chef and owner in 2013.
